Vibrant Life

Realizing our best mental wellness

The image shows a group of orange butterflies flying around a vibrant orange flower. The background is beautifully blurred, highlighting the butterflies and the flower, creating a dreamy and serene scene.
The image shows a signpost with four directional arrows, each labeled with different words. From top to bottom, the arrows read "HELP," "SUPPORT," "ADVICE," and "GUIDANCE." The signpost is set against a clear blue sky with a few clouds.

Practical help in the journey

Through peer support, Bible studies and various whole-health focused workshops and equipping resources, the goal of Vibrant Life Ministry (VLM) is to help believers optimize their mental wellness and focus on their ultimate purpose of being full, participating members of the body of Christ.

Individual peer support

Trained peer supporters from within the RMCC family come alongside those who are suffering with the effects of mental illness to provide one-on-one encouragement, practical strategies and insights gleaned through personal lived experience. If you would like to speak with one of our trained peer support team members, please email peersupport@calvarychapel.ca.

Peer-led Bible studies

Vibrant Life studies are rooted in the Word of God and are designed to help address issues that are critical for mental and emotional wellness such as setting healthy boundaries and practicing forgiveness.

Equipping resources and workshops

By offering workshops such as Mood Mastery and the Conquerors series to seminars and webinars, VLM puts an emphasis on prevention and wellness education to help believers apply fundamental principles of mental wellness within a biblical context.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
