Mood Mastery - daytime
A 10-week workshop that teaches Biblical principles for mental wellness. Appropriate for all who want to improve existing anxiety or depression or just want to improve resilience and manage stress in a healthier manner.
Within a small group you will learn practical strategies that help you to take responsibility for those things under your control.
There is a fee of $100 associated with this study.
NOTE: There is a 2-week break in the middle of the session, between week five and six.
