Proverbs 12

I love all the fruitfulness of the godly…deep roots, just plans, firm foundation, well rooted, good advice and paths of life! The verse that I was pondering was verse 16, A fool is quick-tempered but a wise person stays calm when insulted. Solomon is saying that a fool does not know how to restrain his wrath, he just let’s things explode. He blows up over the slightest provocation. The lesson here is that I am not to allow my flesh to overtake me and blow up; I must not be a hot-head! I need to allow God’s Spirit to speak through me and to calm my emotions down so I don’t blow up, but I build up!
